Mr. Mali has been associated with the Mining Industry in Indian & abroad for more than three decades and his contribution to underground mine planning, designing has been well acknowledged and appreciated. He has good experience of designing shafts.
Mr. Mali worked for more than 2 decades in Hindustan Zinc Limited, Ma'aden Gold & Base Metals –Mahd Mine, Saudi Arabia for 6yr and from last 7 years working with executing contractors in private sector at senior position. He has experience in acquisition of mining company.
Experience
Mr. Mali has managed Mechanized Lead-Zinc underground mines of HZL. He has executed Business plans successfully using tool of innovations and optimization in the field of Development, Production and backfill. He also has experience of recovery of crown Pillar & Remain ant Shaft Pillar. He is still managing Drill-Blast (57mm - 165mm), development of about 1.50 km using Double boom Hydraulic drills and using 10/17 t LHD, 60/80 t LPDT for ore production.
He has Planned & executed furnished Declines, Shafts, underground crusher station, sumps and ventilation shafts. He also managed mine services (Power, water, C/A supply, de-watering, communication, illumination and ventilation.
Soft Skills
Estimation of ore reserves, preparation and update mine model, ventilation modelling using SURPAC, AUTOCAD and DATAMINE softwares.

Mr. Mali did graduation in mining engineering in 1980 from MBM college and holder of Ist class mine manager certificate of competency. He has been trained in RockMechanics-ISM-1986, Data Mine Software -UK-1991, Accident Analysis-SHEAC-Mahd-2011, Environment-ARENSCO-Mahd-2011, Ventilation COGEMACOUSTICS-Alamar in 2011, Hazard Analysis Chilli, Prodtvty-RENOIR- Mahd-2011.
