Mr. Mehta has 43 years of experience in Cement Industry in project Planning &Execution, Operation & Maintenance and has executed 8 Cement Projects of mega capacity with latest International Technologies in India and abroad.
Mr. Mehta had worked for large Groups like Ultratech, Ambuja, Holcim, Binani, JK etc. in India for setting Green field and Brown field Mega capacity(6000 to 10,000TPD) Cement Projects in India and With Saudi Cement Group of Saudi Arabia for setting up of 2X 10,000 TPD Cement Project with Gas Based Power Plant of 100 MW capacity.
Experience
Project planning, execution, and operation of eight Mega Capacity Cement Projects in India and abroad. Installation of 50 MW, coal based Power Plant in India and 100 MW Gas based Power Plant in Saudi Arabia. Installation and operation of 36 MW oil Based Power Plant in India. Installation of a 12 KM long distance Belt conveyor of 1000 TPH for transporting crushed Lime stone from Mines to Cement Plant.
Installation of an automatic Rail Bulk Cement Loading Yard system for loading of 15000 Tons of Cement in Rail Wagons in Saudi Arabia. Installation of Railway network with 25 KM rail line for transportation of 15000 Tons of Cement by Rail in Saudi Arabia.
