Shri Shrimali is having +4 decade vast experience of field-exploration and worked in the field of structural and Base metal gology.Also, headed Geology department and worked as an advisor for geological services.
Experience
Shared experience as an advisor (Geology) to HZL, and also worked on various capacities and reached up to AGM (Geology) at HZL between 1981 to 2013. MrSrimali has experience of teaching and served as assistant Professor (Geology) University of Rajasthan for 2 years while beginning professional career.
Skills
Technical advisory, Administrative controls and having enriched expertise in base metal Mining Geology, Field Geology, Structural Geology. Strong control on interpretation of litho-structural and depositional intricacies of the geological set up in the field & mine level and 3D correlation of orebody. Application of computer &use of application software in Geology. He has control over MS Office, Auto-CAD has working exposure on Datamine for orebody modeling and reserves & resource estimation.
Mr. Shrimali has experience of technical report writing and proficient in preparation of Mining Plans, Progressive Mine Closure Plans and mining schemes as per requirement of MCDR-1988. Worked as Internal auditor for ISO requirements.
