Mr. Nalwaya has been associated with the Mining Industry in Indian & abroad for more than three decades and his contribution to underground mine planning, designing and project conceptualization has been well acknowledged and appreciated.
Mr. Nalwaya had worked for large Groups like Hindustan Zinc Limited, Gemfields Holding Zambia Limited – Zambia, Kariba Minerals Limited – Zambia, Konkola Copper Mine of Vedanta -Zambia, Gujarat Mineral Development corporation- Gujarat, Vatukoula Gold Mine Limited, Fiji Island at various capacity up to Director level. He has been instrumental in project planning for HZL mines.
Experience
Headed Underground mines and expansion for brown field project planning, execution, and operation of 4Mtpa underground lead-Zinc mines of HZL, 3.5Mtpa Project from switching from open pit to Underground mine at Rampura Agucha mine of HZL. He has been associated in planning and execution of 6Mtpa Copper mine at KCM and expansion of Gold mine at Fiji.
Tours and Travel
Deputed several times to different parts of the World on various assignments and Trainings. Covering UK, Sikkim, China, Australia, Republic of South Africa and worked for 5 years at Zambia and for 2 years at Fiji Island.
Education
BE Mining from (1985) MBM Engineering College Jodhpur, Rajasthan. He holds First Class Mine Manager's Certificate (unrestricted) of Competency by Directorate General of Mines Safety (DGMS), Government of India. He is member of MEAI.
